Things I've learned from Chictopia.com

If you don't wear thrifted, vintage or very expensive designer clothes, you're not "chic"

I'm not "chic"

Thats it.

Hi there

Oh man, I hope that isn't what you learn from us! We love you over here!

Lulu -

Thanks for stopping by. I guess I should clarify that I have a super dry sense of humor.

The people on chictopia.com may think that I'm not chic, but I'm going to continue to post my daily outfits there, write about chictopia on my blog and have my outfits rated "not chic."

I'm okay with that, I like the way I dress. :)

Hi Adiel,
I rarely wear vintage and only have a few very expensive pieces. I too, get voted "chic" sometimes. We have noticed that the rating seems to have been skewed by a few "mean people" lately. We are working to address that, to make it better for you and others. There are hipsters on the site, but also Anthropologie lovers (me), and gap fans. We appreciate all types of individual style! Chictopia is the only site out there for personal style icons to surface. A few of our members have been featured by Teen Vogue, and more to come! There is no other site out there that has this type of influence and reach in the fashion community. Hope to see more of you on Chictopia!
