Obsessions: I want it all

I want, I want, I want.
Why must there always be something that I want?
I sound like Veruca off of Willy Wonka!

After moving, it took some time for the Victoria's Secret catalog to catch up with me. By the time that it did, it was all clearance stuff, nothing new. Boring.
Well yesterday I got my fall preview catalog. As usual, I want pretty much everything in it. Blazer, skirt, dress, tops; what should I get?
Go figure.

After buying the AA Bandeau Dress and finding out how much I loved it, I've been wanting more colors in it and in the pencil skirt version as well. How will I decide which of the many colors to get and which version first?

After seeing two great scarf outfits online by inspiration and SLC Socialite, I'm officially on the hunt for a great scarf. I spent all day looking and I couldn't decide on anything. I'm much too indecisive.

I think my obsession with these shoes started after seeing them on Taghrid. I want them ever so bad!

I've officially fallen for the romper trend. I have no idea if I can pull it off, but I'm will to try with this romper. So yeah, I want it!

I have been obsessing over this skirt for a while now so I went into American Apparel to try it on. Yeah, it didn't look as hot on me and I have no idea what I'd wear with it so I left the store without it. The trouble is I still want it. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe I'd like this other skirt more.
Or, maybe I want them both...

In general, I've been obsessed with adding blazers, skirts and jackets to my wardrobe. I've got ideas in my head of what I want, but I'm not sure if these ideas exist in the real world. I really just need to get a sewing machine ASAP and start making my own clothes. I've been down this road before and it ended with me giving up because I have no idea what I need to be looking for in a sewing machine. Any tips?

So those are my current wants/obsessions.
What will I get? I may have three jobs, but I can't buy them all!

I don't know; I also thought I wanted a blazer, bought the most coveted one then realized it just wasn't ME. sometimes we get carried away with trends no?
good thing you didn't buy the skirt - some girls sadly don't realize when something isn't flattering!

I have been wanting a cute blazer for a while. I bought when for when I was going on interviews but as soon as I put it on, I hated it. It didn't fit me right at all. I think I need like 3/4 or 1/2 sleeve and maybe a size too small (so it can't be buttoned). I'm probably gonna try that soon.

I have a ton of black blazers that I have to wear to panty heaven/hell, but I hate them. I want something that contrasts a lot against a black one so I don't feel like I'm wearing my work uniform.

I think I'll take this from an annoyingly responsible adult angle... Think if you put all the money that you're going to spend on this stuff toward bills or a down payment on that HOT Altima.
Sadly, I'm going to do you a favor and encourage that you leave that American Apparel skirt alone. In my opinion, compared to everything else, its hardly cute... Unless you plan to play tennis in it... ;P

The gray dress and the pink boots are both super cute though...

Maybe you can use key words such as "ugly" and "not flattering" in your search field. That way, you'll never get results that you want. Just when I tell myself I'm not spending any more money on clothes, I come to your page. I am currently looking at the Victoria's Secret site....great.

P.S. I like the romper top.

@ Steph - Meh, Altima Shmaltima. Okay fine I won't get the one that I tried on, but what about the other one? I guess you'll have to come with me to try it on.

@ash1314 - Thanks for the input! :)

@Aubs - I like the search terms advice. Sorry that I led you to start your shopping back up. ;)

Oh the addictive aspects of retail therapy!! I love clothes too. I found some cute cheap blazers I liked on www.heavenlycouture.com and they are really nice about customer service. I've been on a jacket/blazer kick for a year now... and I don't feel like I'm done! I get onto these little kicks where I must have something... the last one was aviators, haha. :D Good luck with your Verucaism, since I know I struggle with mine all the time!
