I'm really into mixing neons with neutrals right now so naturally I had to translate that into a manicure!
To achieve this look, I polished my nails with two coats of Chinchilly from Essie. Once that was dry, I placed a star sticker on my ring finger and thumb nails of each hand. I carefully painted over the sticker with two coats of a neon yellow polish from Urban Outfitters. Before the neon lacquer dried too much, I removed the star sticker. I finished it up with a coat of Seche Vite Fast Dry top coat.

Ha! Thanks! I was looking for heart stickers for a Valentine's-themed mani, but couldn't find any of the right size. These star stickers were perfect though!
