GOal and Get It: January

I'm not really one for resolutions although I do love the idea of people trying to do and be better. I also think goals are not super useful if you don't really define them and write them down. It's all about accountability, people! For that reason, I'm taking one step beyond writing down this month's goals and I'm going to share them with you.

Procrastination

I'll admit it, I'm a world class procrastinator. But there is no time to wait around for tomorrow in my life plan so I've decided this month I will take steps to put a stop to this bad habit. In the month of January I will not put off what I can do in the present.

More Juice, Less Coffee

I started juicing a month or so ago and I've really enjoyed it. I started doing it after watching the documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" on Netflix. After seeing how those men were able to come off their medications, I was inspired to find a healthier way to get energy because two and three cups of coffee is not sustainable. My goal this month is to work juicing into my regular routine and drink less (if any!) coffee.

Positivity & Optimism

Although this has been my life mantra since I was barely in my 20's, I've felt it slipping a little in 2012. I'm choosing the new year as the time to renew my commitment to happy, healthy, and positive thoughts about myself as well as everything and everyone around me.

Now that I've shared these ambitions with you, I'm even more obligated to follow through, right? Did you make any resolutions for 2013, this month, or even today?
