Wedding Wednesday: The Mrs. Mani

SF Bay Area Fashion & Lifestyle Blog - The Mrs. Mani - Wedding Day Nails
Not surprisingly, one of the questions people ask the most about my wedding day is what was on my nails! Luckily, my rad photographer not only snapped a photo of my bridal mani, but she caught me touching up my nails in my dress before I walked down the aisle!

So what polishes made the cut? There were four of them! First, I polished my nails with two coats of a soft, sheer peachy-nude polish, Deborah Lippmann's Satin Doll. On the ring finger of each nail, I dabbed the tip of each nail with the silvery blue glitter lacquer, Deborah Lippmann's Today Was a Fairytale (fitting, no?).  Next, I swiped an ombre'd layer of the white & silver glitter top coat OPI's Pirouette my Whistle from their NY Ballet Collection. To finish it all up, I sealed the mani with Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

I could have done something a lot fancier and detailed, but I wanted my mani to be classy and timeless so I kept it pretty simple. But of course I couldn't resist adding a little sparkle and fun!
