I instagrammed this photos of my new DIY'd Instagram wall art and Lara asked that I post about how I did it--so here you go!

A while back I ordered a set of 24 square prints of my favorite Instagram photos from Prinstagr.am. It's only 12 for a set of 24 4" prints!

After a while of lackadaisically searching for the right size frames, I found these 12" square frames with the perfect 8" mat so I bought three!

At first I couldn't figure out which 12 photos to put into the frames. Then I decided to find a theme and it suddenly all came together.

In the first frame, I put four photos from my life in San Francisco.

1. A sunset as seen down Judah in Outer Sunset. 2. A viewfinder on Ocean Beach in SF. 3. The stars literally aligned for this perfect shot of the sun shining through a tower of the Bay Bridge. 4. Looking up a tower of the Golden Gate Bridge.

In the second frame, I arranged four photos from my life with Sean.

1. A sunrise from our drive across Nevada as we moved Sean to California. 2. A waterfall rainbow spotted on our hike up Yosemite's lower falls. 3. Riding up the Alpine Coaster in Park City on our honeymoon. 4. Having fun at sunset in Santa Cruz with my love.

In the last frame, I placed four photos from life in Utah.

1. The Alpine Slide in Park City. 2. Looking up at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. 3. A view of Salt Lake City Hall from inside the Matheson Courthouse. 4. A view of the swings from the Sky Ride at Lagoon.

I used double sided tape to arrange the photos side by side with the corners perfectly in the middle. Once the photos are placed, you're ready to hang!
