This dress was one of those pieces that all but jumped off the rack at me. I spotted it on a Goodwill run several months back and even from a distance the neon floral print spoke to me. I ended up purchasing it without even trying it on and when I finally did, I realized that the piece was handmade in a very professional fashion. That made it even more special to me.
Still, it took me months to actually wear it. I had intended on getting the neckline altered but never got around to it. Instead I decided to just rock it with a collar necklace to edge up the high neckline. Because the dress itself is so loud, I paired it with black pumps and a black blazer. For the rest of my jewelry, I stuck to edgy pieces with spikes earrings with a studded bracelet and ring. Finally, I pulled out my long neglected hand-painted neon colorblock clutch to finish off the look.
