One of the first booths I stopped at was Indian Jewelry of Gallup run by Joe and Evelyn Rangel. I immediately became infatuated with the trays full of handmade rings (seen above). I spent about 15 minutes trying them on and wishing I could take them ALL home. I couldn't decide on one to buy so frustrated with my own indecision, I walked away. But after looking at all the other rings, Joe and Evelyn's rings were still on my mind. So I went back, determined to pick one. After another 15 min... okay fine, almost 30 minutes, and some help from fellow shoppers, I picked this ring with an oval-shaped apple coral stone.

And, since I know I'll be asked, I'm wearing Essie's Lapiz of Luxury polish

Cute outfit! And look at those hanks upon hanks of seed beads! Too bad they are most likely Czech... I'm too spoiler by Japanese to go back to them. Lovely photos!
Ahhhh, all that beautiful turquoise. I die! I love that ring you picked out but I would have had no choice but to go home with one of those necklaces. And three or forty of those bracelets.
