Style Challenge: From Day to Night

About this look...
Today's post is about a style challenge of taking a look from day to night! For this challenge I started with a one-shouldered floral dress that I scored at Marshall's for only $15!

For the day look I chose to wear it under a denim jacket with flat sandals and a chunky necklace.

Day outfit details: Tortoise "Number One" sunglasses - Karen Walker | Denim jacket - c/o American Eagle | Chunky chain necklace - Adia Kibur | Floral dress - Angie via Marshall's | Rose gold watch - Michael Kors | Bracelets - Forever 21 and J.Crew | Stud ring - Fallon | Clutch - Laura Adams via Black and Brown | Nude and gold flat sandals - Dolce Vita

For the night look, I ditched the jacket, threw on a floral belt, and swapped my flat sandals for a pair of heeled sandals. I traded my simple clutch for a leopard clutch, upgraded to some more sparkly jewelry, and threw my hair up into an easy-peasy sock bun.

Night outfit details: Earrings - c/o Tacori | Floral dress - Angie via Marshall's | Floral belt - H&M | Bracelets J.Crew, Blue Vanilla, and Charlotte Russe | Sparkly ring - Gifted | Leopard envelope clutch - ASOS | Clear heeled sandals - Zara

Check out the other day to night looks by Meghan of Voila!, Angie of The Hotness Your Momma Warned You About, Kellen of And So it Goes, Rebecca of Thirty-Five Inch Inseam and Amanda of Fashionablee Me! Be sure to let us know what you think on Twitter with the hashtag #stylechallenge!

I am OBSESSED with the transformation from day to night! I am in love with your hair in a bun like that- so chic! :-) The print mixing is oh-so-fun too!

Ooo, I missed this one. So love it. I had no idea you could make a one shoulder look casual for daytime wear. Love how you did it, and then jazzed it up for night. This opens a whole new world of wardrobe possibilities!
