As I'm gearing up for the big move at the end of the week, I've been doing a lot of de-junkifying. I've thrown out so much old junk and cleared out a lot of old stuff to be given away.
I came up with two huge bags and a huge box of clothing and such. I decided to give the local consignment shop, Plato's Closet a try. I took EVERYTHING I was getting rid of there, knowing full well how picky they are.
Or so I thought.
I can't even begin to count how many different items I had in those two bags and 1 box, it was probably somewhere around 100 or so.
They took nine items.
Apparently I either dress too poorly for Plato's Closet or I just don't take very good care of my clothes.
Ah, it cracked me up that pretty much nothing I had was good enough for them.
Oh well, at least my first experience with Plato's Closet was an interesting one.
