Maybe its spring fever?

I just noticed my arms are breaking out in hives. This is the second time this has happened in my life, the first time being about two years ago. Last time, the doctor couldn't determine a cause, but wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. However, as I think about it, I can't help but notice that both occurances happened in the early spring...
