I'm not one to cook much more than pasta or go full out with huge pans of lasagna, both of which don't really come from a recipe.
This is one that has been on my radar to try out however.

PITA PIZZA
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp olive oil
1 6-inch whole-wheat pita
1/4 cup canned, diced tomatoes
1 basil leaf
1/4 cup torn fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
PREPARATION
Drizzle olive oil over pita. Mix tomatoes and basil and spread over pita. Add spinach leaves. Layer peppers over the spinach and top with mozzarella. Broil 4 minutes or until cheese melts.

10.5 g fat (4 g saturated)
33.5 g carbs
6 g fiber
15 g protein"
I'm sure any preferred toppings would work on the pita bread crust so get creative with these personal pizzas! Let me know when you try it and I'll do the same.

I don't cook! Once in a while I will bake. I'll see if I can find the recipe I used to make cupcakes for Thanksgiving.
That looks so yummy! I think we might have to try those...they also look EASY!!
