Believe it or not, I have not been on a bicycle since I was twelve years old.
If you're doing the math, that has been ten wonderful years. (You'd think that would make me feel old, but oddly it does not. )
For the last few months I've been wishing that I had a bike that I could ride. One reason is just so I can see how accurate the phrase "just like riding a bike" is.
I've looked a bit into buying a bike, but I'm not really sure what would be appropriate for me. There are a lot of different bikes out there and apparently I'm not very educated in the different types.
I came across http://www.electrabike.com/ and I love their bikes! I totally want one.
Anyone out there have any knowledge to share on this, feel free to share.

I've been wanting a bike, too. I was thinking like a Schwinn cruiser. I saw a pink one at Target haha. The Electra cruisers are cute, too.
I'm not much of a bike rider since I moved out of my mom's house (nowhere to put one!), but I favored a good, solid dirt bike then. It's the most comfortable if you're the type of person who likes to go speeding recklessly up and down lots of hills or ride your bike to work in a hurry. I'd go with a classic Schwinn or, something like the Townie on the Electra site if you'd mostly be a weekend, leisurely rider.
But I am now in love with the Amsterdam Balloon 8! I WANT that bike!
