Closet space and organization has been on my mind lately as I discussed earlier this week. Between Paint and Soul's comment about using her shoes and bags as decor in her bedroom and seeing the way this person's shoes are organized, ideas are forming in my head. It'll be tricky to make it work with what little room I have. We shall see...
I don't usually feel like a very organized person so I was happy to see that at least my clothes are sorted in kind of a similar fashion, by color.
I just need more space to hang them is all...

I saw something similiar to this on Clean House on the Style Network. I don't have enough shoes to warrant it, but it's an awesome idea....

I'm one of those people who's closet looks like this every three weeks. In between, it looks like a war zone, until I get it together and spend two hours neatly organizing it.

Oh my! That shoe boxes with the picutres on it, awesome! If I look at those picutres, it's like your closet is one from Teen vogue!
That top pic is really cute. I don't have enough space to hang my clothes, or really I do, but I can't comfortably reach the top bar in my closet. My clothes are just smooshed together.
I LOVE the shoe box organization. I've been keeping all of my shoeboxes and keeping my shoes stacked in them and, right now, I know exactly what's in all of them, but they're all different box sizes. I'll probably never get around to printing out photos of my shoes to stick on boxes, but it does look so very nice.
jeez i could never be that organized, my stuff is loosely organized by type of thing, my closet is jackets, sweaters, pants, skirts, dresses, random order
I try to organize my closet by putting shoes on a shoe wall in its original box with a pic display. purse as well and recently i change a room into a walking closet but just using rolling racks and storage units from container store.

Organizing is such a terrible task! I do have my wardrobe color coordinated, but I think this is partly because I only have 1/3 of my wardrobe in my room...
