My best friend Wendy came to visit me from Utah last weekend and we went shopping all over San Francisco. While we were in H&M, I spotted this metallic fringed beauty from across the room and knew instantly that it was coming home with me! Is it just me or when you wear fringe, do you sorta just want to shimmy all over the place? I love an article of clothing that just makes me dance!
