Shopping for Free

Thought of the day...
As a newlywed who just moved into a new apartment, I'm on a stricter budget than ever. But when my fall switch flipped this week and I suddenly felt like I have nothing autumn-worthy to wear, I really wanted to shop. Like woah.

In full nesting mode, I also want to save money to personalize and beautify my new home so I've been getting extra creative with my frugality lately by combining gift cards and earnings from selling my closet on Poshmark to fill out my fall wardrobe.

In the last week, I snatched up a rad leatherette biker vest that will be very handy for layering, a midi-length maroon leather pencil skirt, gold glitter booties, and basic black pointy-toe pumps--without paying a dime! My mother would be so proud!

About this look...
One of my favorite additions to my wardrobe over the past few months is definitely this coral blazer. Not only is it my favorite color, but every time I wear it, I get a million compliments. I kept the look crisp and cool by wearing it over nudes and white with a touch of gold.

Tortoise "Number One" sunglasses - Karen Walker | Coral blazer - Cotton On | Nude "Signature" blouse - Equipment | Metallic belt - Betsey Johnson | White skinny jeans - Levi's | Rose gold watch - Michael Kors | Stud ring - Fallon | Metallic gold tote - Olivia + Joy | Nude sandals with clear heels - Zara

Kind of obsessed with this outfit, Adiel! Why do I not have your entire closet?! Such a pretty blazer, and I never would have paired it with the tan blouse but of course you have inspired me ;) Xo
