Chevron and Peplum

I've been so grateful for the fresh fall weather lately. The feeling, the smell of fall; it's all been very rejuvenating for my spirit. Even better, I finally dusting off my booties and wrapping up in my sweaters. I've had this new-to-me zig zag beauty that I scored on Poshmark just hanging, waiting for the thermometer to hit that sweet spot.

Because of the length of the cardigan, I knew I wanted to wear something flared with it. My mind kept thinking skirt or dress--then it hit me--a peplum top! So I pulled on my white peplum and out of all my colored jeans, I went for the burgundy (again). I stepped into a popular pair of booties from my last winter's wardrobe and swiped on a bit of matching burgundy lipstick.

And since I love the blush/burgundy combo from the last time I wore these pants and I adore mixing prints I carried this pink polka dot satchel that I scored at the #bradshaweffect clothing swap
