I spotted this neon hoodie in a sock store of all places. The minute I saw it, I totally fell in love and impulsively bought it. I wasn't entirely sure of how to wear it without looking like a construction worker. Eventually I decided a lot of dark, muted colors would do the trick. I put on a basic taupe tee with one of my favorite pairs of jeans. I pulled on the neon hoodie and then my go-to leatherette jacket and suedette ankle boots. A sparkly necklace and a bit of wine-colored lip gloss adds a bit of femininity to the look. Finally, because I'm tried of freezing at work, I threw on my fella's beanie as I walked out the door.
