Independence Day is one of my most favorite holidays because I get to dress up in themed colors, spend time with loved ones, enjoy hot summer days and nights, then cap it all off with a big fireworks show! This is a snap of my hubby and I enjoy the show in Riverton, Utah.

I've been heavily involved with the office decor project at my work. The sign I helped to design was installed recently and it turned out even better than I could have hoped!
You know I love experimenting with juicing recipes... I made three kinds of grapefruit juice cocktails; grapefruit-apple, grapefruit-carrot, and grapefruit-beet. And guess what? They're all so good!
