This past holiday weekend may have marked the unofficial end of summer, but that doesn't mean that the weather is getting any cooler around here and the warm winds blowing through my hair prove it. Since warm weather in the Bay Area doesn't really start until the end of summer, transitioning my wardrobe into fall can be tricky. For this ensemble I compromised between the two seasons and kept my layers light and went for an open toe heel rather than a bootie. And since the winds seem to be blowing in from a warmer climate, I utilized details that nod to southwestern style.
