I'm all about off the shoulder pieces this summer and this black geo patterned dress is just one OTS piece. I love the movement of this dress as well as the fringe edging. The double buckle belt not only goes perfectly, but helps to define my waist. I finished off the look with a vintage necklace and my favorite black mules.
