I can't quit the pointed toes.

When pointed toe shoes first started coming into style a few years ago, I loved the look on other people. However, I could not bring myself to wear that particular style.

I remember a few times forcing myself to buy pointed toe boots or shoes only to have them sit in the box and eventually end up returned to the store, unworn. It was only when a friend gave me a too-big pair of pointy toe black pumps that I feel in love with the style. Now my closet floor is littered with pointed toe boots and pumps in an array of colors.

I can't quit them now.
With all the peep-toes, rounded-toes, etc. that are out there now, you'd think I'd be able to have a wide variety of shoe shapes. Still, it seems that every new pair of shoes that comes home with me have the once hated pointy toes.

Does anyone know a cure for this? ;)
