Hi! Came over from SITS. I love eyeliner and currently use the Kohl kind. I just bought one from the drugstore thats not supposed to smudge and of course it does. What's the diff with gel? Is it easy to apply? Will it keep me from looking like a racoon by the end of the day lol...
When you use a waterproof gel liner, you need to apply with a thin brush- with the right tool it is very easy to apply. You can make a thick or thin line. You can line the top of the eyelid or under the eyes. Once on- it really stays on. It lasts all day. Hope this helps.
