Featured Blogger wrap-up

Well my day in the spotlight is over and what a lovely day it was.

I love statistics, so here are some statistics for you to analyze.
  • 300 visitors (81.3% new) versus the day with the next highest number of visitors in the last 30 days, 142.
  • 854 page views!
  • The top viewed page as well as the top commented page was I ask this favor of you.
  • No new subscribers to my blog sadly, its holding firmly at 9. I had been hoping to raise that number.
  • 238 comments received total

I got to hear from a lot of fun and interesting people and it was a joy to do so.
If you commented yesterday, make sure you check out my posts containing responses to the comments I received.

In my free time I will be checking out the blogs belonging to all the people that commented so you may see me around sometime soon!

Thanks to all the SITStas that made my day great!

How do you know if someone subscribes to you? I see your little widget over there that says 9, but I know that I just set up my reader this weekend so if it doesn't register at least one more, maybe it's not reliable?

apple joos, on the feedburner site, gives you a little bit more in depth info about subscribers. Such as through what method they are subscribed. ie. via email subscription, google reader, yahoo reader or whatever

I DID subscribe, but I hadn't actually read any of your posts through the feeder yet, so it didn't show up. You should see that number rise by at least one now!

Ronnica, that's good to know. Thanks again for subscribing! :)

You've got 10 now, but you've got to do an instructional post on how to do a list in the sidebar of the posts people are loving. Please?

What does it mean to subscribe to someone's blog? I've never gotten that. Does it tell you who has subscribed? Have I subscribed? I don't even know.

Anywho, I've got a question about that feedjit thing... You say you know what people search to get to your blog... How?
