Chevron Half-Moon Mani

Today's mani was a pure accident. I wanted to do a black and white chevron print so I started out with three coats of OPI's Moon Over Mumbai. Then I grabbed my paint brush and my trusty OPI for Sephora What's a Tire Jack? and started painting from the base of my nail. After the third chevron I stopped because it looked pretty rad.

What do you think?

My suggestion for having crisper, cleaner lines, is to use a tiny bit of the blue painter's tape. It peels off very easily, so if you make sure to wait until the base color is completely dry, the tape won't take any of the color off when you remove the tape for the stripes.
