Camo Confession

Long time readers of IBITTM know I’m incredibly picky pants when it comes to prints and patterns. I generally find symmetrical prints a lot more appealing that random prints. Over the years, I’ve certainly opened up my mind to a lot of asymmetrical prints, but there is one that I still cannot wrap my mind around. This pattern is camouflage. It’s really been apparent with the influx of camo print in this season’s fashion; I just don’t like it.

As always, it’s not my place to judge what other people choose to wear, I’m just saying you will probably never see me rock a camo jacket. This anorak is as military/camo as it’s gonna get for me. Even years later, this jacket is still one of my favorite layering pieces. I’m rocking it in this post for the umpteenth time with a black on black base layer. My cap toe pumps and color block satchel finish off the look with simplicity.
