I've never really been a big fan of distressed denim. It's just always seemed silly to buy a pair of jeans with holes already in them, but something about this particular pair that made me embrace the rips and tears. One of my favorite ways to wear my distressed skinny jeans is with pieces that are a little more buttoned up. For this ensemble I went with a metallic tweed jacket on top and silver mirrored heels. I also chose to rock an eclectic day clutch as opposed to a big tote or satchel. Lastly, I added a bit of red lipstick because nothing makes you feel more dressed up than a bright lip!
And I'd be remiss if I didn't point out this absolutely AMAZING manicure I got by Pams & Kin at Team Top Coat in SF. The intricate detail Parris put into this ombre leopard nail art is just too stunning for words. I generally don't trust anyone with my nails but myself, but I can honestly say I trust these gals 100%! Thanks for having me Team Top Coat!

I love you in peplum and I'm TOTALLY a sucker for distressed denim, it's my MO. Great look!
I usually feel the same way about distressed jeans, but lately a few pairs have been catching my eye. These particular jeans look great, and I'm obsessed with that clutch.
You rock distressed denim like a pro!
I see them for sale on Poshmark sometimes... just sayin' ;)
Oh my WORD that jacket is fab fab fab and I think I need to find one immediately. I don't care how out of hand my peplum addiction has gotten...I need this.
