About this look...
I've been thrilled with the influx of peplum styles at my favorite places to shop. I think the ruffly addition to garments is a wonderfully girly detail. This particular peplum top caught my eye because of the colorblock and the adorable back cut-out. It wasn't warm enough to bare my legs in a pencil skirt, so I stuck to skinny jeans. I wore my black ankle boots to keep the leg line going. The patterned Tulle jacket my mom gave me for my birthday was the perfect way to keep warm in the Winter wind.

I like your jacket and shoes but i dont like the rest of the outfit. I feel like the bright blue fringe right at your stomach makes you look wider around that area (which judging from your other pictures, you aren't). I'm not saying this to be mean but I'm assuming you want constructive crits too. again, LOVE the jacket and also the make up. :)
Great army party (I have that same Ann Taylor bracelet, such a stunner) and that top is stunning love the pop of bright blue at the bottom.

Oh, I love this style too. So girlie, you're right! I've been noticing this style pop up here and there - the more I see it, the more I want to try it out for myself. I'll have to head over to my F21 to check this baby out. :)
